Homecoming 2009 Information
 A couple of things are changing at homecoming, and we need for you to pass this along to everyone you know who will be attending homecoming. There is a lot of information!!
If you are paying for ANYTHING by check (except dues), it must be received in the Tallahassee PO Box by no later than Oct. 16th. We won't be accepting checks for any 'nalia or tickets after that date. If you choose to write a check to us, we will be more than happy to mail your 'nalia to you after homecoming is over or when the check clears, whichever comes first.
Game Tickets: $45
Our homecoming tickets are $45 each, and we are allotting only 2 per alumni band member. If you need additional tickets, please contact Victor Gaines at vgaines@marching100alumni.com. Be prepared to send in your check/money order to the P.O. Box. The tickets will be purchased and ready for pickup on Friday, Oct. 23th, between 12:00pm – 6:00pm and on Saturday, October 24th, between the hours of 11:00am – 1:30pm. If you aren't going to be in town during that time, you should arrange for someone to pick up your tickets for you. We may have a few extra tickets on Friday, but they are on a CASH ONLY basis. Please let everyone you know that we will not be selling tickets the day of the game.
Host Hotel: $139/night. Two night minimum. Your credit card will be charged when you make your reservation.

We need volunteers to help us with registration on Friday from 10am-5pm!! and Saturday morning from 10am-1pm. PLEASE…if you are available for a couple of hours, then we could use your assistance! Just send a note to our 2nd Vice-President, Tony White at twhite@marching100alumni.com.

Homecoming performance attire:
If you are planning on performing at the parade, pre-game, halftime, or with the band in the stands, you will need to wear the following:
- The Warm-up pants (from the warm-up suit)
- Orange Alumni Band William P. Foster T-shirt
- Official Alumni Band Baseball Cap
There will be no exceptions. We want to make sure that we are uniform when we perform.

Homecoming Package Special Offer - Closed
Purchases can be made at the Alumni meeting during Homecoming weekend.
Financial Members: Enjoy purchasing the Homecoming package (Alumni band Warm-up suit, Alumni band T-shirt, Alumni band hat, and 1-Game ticket) for $140
Non-Financial Members: You can reap the benefits of being financial AND purchasing the Homecoming package for $240. Your purchase includes the Alumni band Warm-up suit, Alumni band T-shirt, Alumni band hat, 1-Game ticket and 1-One year membership)

Hats:
We've ordered some really nice, unique hats for the alumni band members! Designed by us, there's not a hat that's like it out there, TRUST ME! They are a part of the official alumni band uniform, and can be purchased at a cost of $15 each. If you purchase the membership package, then your hat is included.
Warm-ups:
The warm-ups are MANDATORY for performance in the parade. If you're interested in purchasing one, send me an email with your size, followed by your check/money order. Checks are due no later than Oct. 17th, and. If you pay after October 17th, it must be by cash, credit card or money order.
Why wait until homecoming to pay, where we may or may not have your size? Order yours today!
Cost for financial members is $100.00 if you are picking it up at homecoming. Non-financial members will have to pay $125 for their warm-up. Shipping is $10.00 extra.
T-shirts and polo shirts:
T-shirts will be available at homecoming, as well as polo shirts. The t-shirts are for any alumni band member, and the polo shirts are for financial members only. The Foster t-shirts are $20 each, and the polos are $25 each. If you need for us to mail them to you, the shipping and handling on them is $5.00. We will have them available for sale at homecoming, but sizes are limited. If you are not average size, then we may have to order a shirt for you. We have from Medium to 3X in the T-shirts, and Medium to 2X in the polos. When they're gone, they're gone. If you want to make sure we have yours set aside, then you need to send the funds to us, and we'll hook you up.

If you aren't going to be in town to pick up your tickets before 1:30pm Saturday, please arrange for someone to pick them up for you. If you purchased 'nalia and didn’t pick it up, you will have to pay for postage.
Oh, and one last thing:
During homecoming week, if you have questions, feel free to call US at 850-980-1661. Your calls will be returned within 2-4 hours. Please understand that there will be peak times from calls received and we may be running behind by an hour or so. However, we will try to be as prompt as possible and happy to assist you.
