Fill this form out if you are no longer at FAMU, and have participated in the FAMU Bands, OR if you are at FAMU, but not participating any more. Band Camp doesn't count. *smile*

Present Members Form:

Fill out this form if you are enrolled at FAMU and participating in one of the FAMU Band programs (symphonic band, marching band, jazz band, or other music ensembles).

Interested Musicians Form:

Fill out this form if you are presently in high school, or are interested in getting more information about being a part of the FAMU band programs. This form will be used by the Alumni Band Association when sending out information, as well as giving out band camp scholarships. Your information is also forwarded on to the Chairman of the Dept. of Music at FAMU, Dr. Julian E. White.

it may not be recorded into our database.
